What

Milo is a chocolate flavoured powder that is invented by Nestle. It was developed in Australia by Thomas Mayne in 1934. The powder itself is usually mixed with milk, hot water, or both in order to produce the drink itself. It is made from four main ingredients: milk powder, malt barley, sugar, and cocoa. Milo includes essential vitamins and minerals including: calcium, iron, vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, and vitamin C
