The powder itself is usually mixed with milk, hot water, or both in order to produce the drink itself. It is made from four main ingredients: milk powder, malt barley, sugar, and cocoa. Milo includes essential vitamins and minerals including: calcium, iron, vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, and vitamin C
